Challenge
In a tight labor market, Menzies was struggling to bring in workers for airport jobs like ramp agents, aircraft fuelers and customer service reps. They were far understaffed for the opportunities they had to serve United, Frontier and other airline customers.
What We Did
We created a series of vertical-orientation video ads with the campaign theme line “Nobody Can Do It Like We Do It” that drove people to a landing page with information on Menzies various airport job openings and gave them the chance to sign up to be contacted. Our campaign focused on travel perks, promotion opportunities and other benefits Menzies team members receive. We also played up the excitement of aviation and the fun and collaboration of joining a team like Menzies.
Results
Our campaign captured an average of 12 interested job seekers every day! Menzies was thrilled to get so many people in their interview pipeline and fill the needed positions.
